Converting ISO or BIN file to AVI and to DVD

I have a file that's a BIN file that i'd like to burn as a DVD video to play in a dvd player. I've tried following a guide using daemon tools and also using alcohol 120%. The guide says to "mount" the .cue file to the virtual drive, but when i open the file there is no .cue file. I've tried mounting the .dat file thats in the iso and then using dvd decrypter like the guide says, but it does not recognize it as a dvd, and therefore won't create the .ifo.

If someone knows what i'm doing wrong or has there own method of making a .bin file into an AVI and into a DVD please let me know

Try the trial version on winAVI. Simple to use. Should be able to change .bin to avi. I assume you can take it from there.
