converting mp4's to a burnable file

    just wondering how i can take a mp4 (ipod movie file) and convert it to a avi or mpeg so i can burn it to disc

    You could use Avidemux or Xvid4PSP...But the quality will suffer from the already lossy mp4..
    Will you be playing the new AVI with standalone DVD/DivX/Xvid certified player..

    i dont know how exactly to word this but. i am trying to get an ipod movie file converted to a file that nero express can burn to a dvd disc

    If you need to convert the MP4 file to DVD structure, use ConvertxtoDVD, DVDflick, AVStoDVD etc..I don't use Nero, so I can't comment on it's capabilities..
