is there a good way to take a dvd-video created with nero, and convert it to a dvd that is fully compliant with standalone dvd players? my dvd-video projects play fine on my "good" dvd player, and on my cheap one, they are recognized as a dvd, but the machine refuses to play it (the cheap machine WILL play all dvd-r and dvd+r movies backed up with dvdshrink, so the media isn't the problem, it's the file structure.)
Hi lyssalars, Seeing as DVD Shrink doesn't actually do the burning ...what program are you using? Adder.
when i use dvd shrink, i believe it burns with nero. anyway. i just have some stuff that i have burned with nero... it's "dvd-video." i'm having trouble figuring out exactly what it is about it that is not dvd-compliant, so i don't know where to start with fixing it. i was just wondering if anyone else around here had tried it and succeeded (probably not, since nero authoring is generally avoided by people who know what they're doing...)
hmm. i thought nero was just incapable of making dvd-compliant stuff... so this will be truly dvd-compliant? thanks!
Thats what they tell me!! And I've never had a problem with it! Your welcome...and enjoy the views. Adder.
