hey I'm a newbie using this software.BTW i'm using v.2.0.9.119 I tried to convert an .avi file to see the results but after converting there wasn't an audio. I dunno what went wrong does it have somthing to do w/ wen i uploaded the file, on the options--->audio tab the audio format selection cannot be selected?

Hi there, Is this just a quick test to generate a new log and you cancelled ? Because this log says it failed after only 22 seconds. Other than that, it seems to have found the audio stream. Logs look fine, so I have no idea why there is no sound. Are you sure there no sound or it's really really LOW ! Some files end up with real real low sound, because the way they were encoded I guess ! Start your generated .VOB (Make sure nothing else will make sound) Play it and crank up the volume
yep the 22 seconds was just a test well i checked the volume on my speaker wen i played it in nero showtime player and no sound but wen i tried it on media player classic it was fine if you burn a file converted through convertxtoDVD is it recommended to use it's burning software? or just use nero to burn it?
Hi there, When you have your converted video (VIDEO_TS) you can burn with any burning software of your choice. Having a built in burn engine is just a PLUS !
