I hava been battling to rid my PC of cool.exe (I think it is a dialler) without success, if I kill the process, it is back in a matter of seconds, and reistalls itself as a connection in my Internet Options. Download the following programs: AVG and Ewido http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 Spybot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ Prevx1 http://www.prevx.com/security.asp Install and update all. Run AVG, Ewido and Spybot in safe mode(press F8 upon boot, select "Safe Mode" from menu) Restart in normal mode and run Prevx1. If items go to "Jail" attemp to delete them. Do not worry if they will not delete, Prevx1 will nto allow them to run. Post a new HijackThis log. I will then tell you what to delete if any still remain.
