From all the posts I have seen in here, sounds like the 5000 is a lot of trouble. Also they are out of production as far as I know. The 6000 is also stopping production and being replaced by the 6100. Do some research before buying a 5000. Older versions will eventually be dropped for updates. Not saying anytime soon, but have to realize it will be dropped before the 6,7,8000 models. Suprised they still support the 4000.
