coolsat 5k receiver locked

can anyone help me out ,my regular code does not go thru to cut on my box when entered. it goes thru, black out, and returns back to pin code page to be unlocked again. is there a way to reprogram this coolsat 5k to cut it back on?

 

When if asks for the code try 0103 I think this is the master pin for coolsats.

 

i tried to use the code 0103 but it does not work either. it seem to a major glitch or something. i wonder if i can plug in to it from the port cable and get inside of the program to manually change the receiver lock on to off?
