Copies that "Stick" in spots

I get the occasional copy that will stick when being played. Nero says everything went well but when I play it, sometimes it sticks (freezes on a scene) in my player. It doesn't do it when played on the computer. Is it the player, media, recording speed?

 

Probably the media, but could also be the player.
