copy 7.73 gig to std dvd

hi all, i checked the guides and to be honest dont no were to look, i have a ripped dvd on my hdd totalling 7.73 gig and was wandering if there is a way i can copy this data to a std dvd+- disc.
all the file are complete eg video ts etc..

all your help is appreciated

The guide is here.
In your case all you do is run DVD Shrink and click 'Open Files' and load the files from the folder - then click 'Backup'.
If you have Nero Or DVD Decrypter installed, then they will be invoked to burn the new DVD.

ok all finished, 43 minutes to do the encoding then burn, works perfect so again big big thanx..

ps: love this place, everytime i have had issues with this type of thing there is always some 1 here with knowledge that helps out.
