Copy all of my Office DVDs to one dvd?

Hello, I own the office season one and two on dvd and its like 8 discs or so. I am wondering how i can compress all of those videos onto one dvd so i can have one dvd with just season one and one dvd with season two. I know its possible because i bought a simpson dvd from ebay that had 17 episodes on one dvd. So what software will do this for me? What do you recommend? Thanks.
