"Copy Disk" Function is Not Working

    Hi,
    When I go to the "Copy Disk"function of Nero8, it tells me to "Insert a disk and press copy".When I insert the disk, nothing happens, my PC recognises the disk but Nero just hangs.

    I am using a laptop with one dvd drive and it should copy the source disk to hard disk then tell me to insert a blank disk. But I can't even get the source disk to be recognised.


    Any ideas?

    Nero is not the best at copying discs. I would use ImgBurn(a much better ripper than Nero). I am assuming the disc that you want to copy are burned discs, not encrypted...
