Ok, I want to be able to import DVD's onto my computer so I can put them on my iPod. I would just rip them onto my hardrive but I don't have a DVD drive. I can put the DVD's in my Xbox which will play DVD's. I want to know how to record the DVD's onto my Sony Digital Camcorder. I think it might have something to do with the IN/OUT Audio/Video (White and Yellow Plugs in the back but I'm not sure) but who knows. I want to record the DVD's from the camcorder onto my computer which then I can convert the movie files from .mov I think into mpeg-4 format. Then I can import them into iTunes and onto my iPod. So, how can I copy the DVD's onto my camcorder without just filming the TV screen and losing quality? How do I connect the camcorder to the TV to the Xbox in order to copy? Am I way off?
Wow, that's quite a route that you are trying to take. Why don't you just buy a DVD-ROM drive? It will save you a lot of time and effort. You can get them for as little as $30 these days...
