copy vcd to dvd

    i wish to copy several vcds onto 1 dvd, and add a menu so i can chose which movie/chapter i want to watch. can i do this with nero/nero vision express?

    otherwise, what is the best way of doing it in terms of getting best quality and compatability with standalone dvd players.
