If i choose full screen option in dvd copy xpress will the film turn out with stretched (elongated) actors as i don't want to wast a dvd in trying. Thanks
You could try with a DVD-RW.... that way you don't waste a disc. I know I heard something about this; I still find it funny that some people prefer a distorted picture (elongated actors) than to have those "black bars" on the screen. John Candy doesn't look right as a tall skinny guy.
I have tried dvdxcopy xpress with the full screen option and my dvds come out normal. No prob encountered. Version 3.02 btw. cheezzzz_X_X_X_X_X_[small]Just another lonely Hawaiian with: P4 2.66Ghz, 120gb HD (7200rpm) 2X512mb DDR333 (PC2700) SDRAM Sony DVD RW DW-U12A(OEM for DRU500AX) DXCxpress 3.02 Smartipper/DvdDecrypter Dvd2one/Nero 6 Ultra[/small]
i set dvd xpress to full screen but it burned it as widescreen! So it looks like fullscreen option is for a film that is already fullscreen.
You'll get a full screen burn if the dvd youre trying to back up has the full screen option. I havent been able to burn one with only the widescreen option available...thats all you'll get, widescreen. cheezzzz
