Well can you give some more info about the error messages you get?

If your movie is to big for the disc, Shrink 3.0 will compress it for you. After Shrink is opened, insert your movie, select open disc and shrink will analyze the disc. When this is done the main screen should come up and show a green bar at the top indicating the size of the movie. Shrink 3.0 automaticly applys compression to the movie to make it just fit on the disc. If I see a compression ratio lower than 75% or so I will re-author, removing stuff I don't need.
I have never seen a security warning with shrink

    Hi,
I have DVD X Copy version with one update on it. I cannot copy finding nemo because it takes two DVDs. While the first one copies great the second one won't copy at all. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I tried going to 321 studios but I can't get help there. What is this Shrink program and will it work with X Copy. I'm not computer savoy so you can explain how to do it to me as if I were a 5 year old. I don't mind. All that matters to me is that I learn.
    Thanks, Jack

jj_k, DVD Shrink is a complete ripping program that is free. It will let you see the size of the original and remove items not needed if it is too big to burn back to a dvdr. I own Xcopy express but go back to shrink when needed. DVD shrink is a ripping program only to get the files to your HD. But you will need a Buning program like Nero to burn back to the dvdr. Downloads and guides can be found on this site or go to dvdrhelp.com. A free burning program called BURNATONCE can be downloaded also. Hope this helps. File size needs to be about 4.4gig or less to fit on a dvdr. Jerry

You should try CloneDVD which is alot easier to use than DVD Shrink for the newbie.
If you do use CloneDVD, make sure you get AnyDVD to decrypt the DVD and allow Clone to copy it.

Lots of guides at SimpleGuides including DVD Shrink.
