    Hi,

Im am trying to...for the first time......get a dvd onto my ipod.

I have been asdvised to use Videora as i dont have a credit card to purchase one otherwise i would.

Anyway, i start by using decryptor. I am trying to copy a copied dvd so i wouldnt have thought it would take up much space on my hard drive (also if i am using decryptor to copy my dvd to another dvd it copies fine with plenty of space on hard drive). However when im trying to do it for the ipod it gets to 93% and gets a message that says not enough space on target drive.

As the dvd is copying i am watching the size of space on target drive and the size of dvd and there is more than enough space...space is 10 GB (think its in GB!!! Sorry novice) size of dvd 4 gb.

Why can i not copy the dvd onto my hard drive??? I know its pointing to not enough space (ive cleared as much as i can) but i can copy the same dvd to my hard drive when i want to copy it to another dvd???

    Thanks for any help

Are you using DVD Decrypter to copy the DVD to your hardrive when you're trying to copy it to another DVD. The process should be the same either way. All you want is the .VOB file on your hardrive so Videora can convert it.

    Yes i am using decryptor.

When i follow the intructions for videora, i use decryptor first and no matter what dvd i try to do it stops at 93% and says not enough space on disc.

But in the decryptor box it says i have 8,818,512 kb of free space.....what am i doing wrong????

Have you followed Lethals guide? [it's at the top of this iPod forum] You need to change a few things in DVD Decrypter for it to work properly, and make sure you didn't change something else by accident. I'm not sure what the 4GB limit your talking about is. If your trying to burn it to another DVD I could see that coming into play [but I'm not expert in that area by any means]
