Is it just me or has the price of buying movies on Blue-ray dropped pretty quickly when compared to DVDs? Is there another format being released soon which is supposed to be better than Blue-ray?
the answer to your second question is no the reason prices of blu ray discs are dropping people are not buying
Dropping cause theres much more demand now. You can get players for $100 now. Also the cost of media has gone way down, you can get BD-R discs for like $3 each. Still too expensive for me, but as in everything once their cost of manufacturing goes down, so will the prices.
