"could not open for writing" using ifoedit v0.96

    I am making a back up copy of a X-vid movie.I used cucusoft to convert it over. Now i have a m2v file and a mpa file but when i try to load it into ifoedit i get "could not open for writing"? I have use ifoedit on several occassions and have never had a problem until now.Thanks for any suggestions.

    Those are the same kind of files DVD Lab demuxes my vobs into. I have no idea what you are trying to accomplish with IFOEdit but it sounds interesting.

    Can you normally open those file types with IFOEdit?

    Yes,i use ifoedit to get my TS_video folder so i can burn the files to dvd-r
