Hi guys, I have a Trojan horse on my computer named Rbot. I have tried everything I know to get rid of it and i am at the verge of just re-doing my computer but I have so much on it I don't want to lose. Does anyone know how to get rid of this, thank you very much for any and all help.
Well, we are going to have to see it first. Go here http://www.hijackthis.de and click "direct download", extract the .exe to a location of your choice. Run a scan and save a log file. Post that log file here, let's see what your problem may be.
