Could this be a problem with 1.6 firmware flash?

Hi all, finally took the easy way out and had an installer flash my liteon 1.5 to 1.6
Now when i play games, all my backups from prev work, and orig games, plus movies. All are fine.
when i make a backup of prototype and virtual tennis 09, (wave 3 ), they show up on main screen as Play dvd. I used imageburn latest, and xbc latest version. I have never had this prob before.
does this sound like a flash problem, (havent actually checked in jungleflasher that the correct one was put on), as i try to avoid opening case where i can.
Im pretty sure its not my burning etc, just sounds like a bad upgrade.
Anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, much appreciated.
