i cant defrag my computer it wont let me i did system clean up got rid of all viruses and everything no programs will defrag my computer it does not work. Anyone know how to fix this?
go to 'START' and select 'RUN' and type in 'defrag c:' a black box will come up with not much writing in it but dont close it, it will close itself when its done defragging your computer hope ive helped
there is a little program that is called enditall, and what it dose is kill all the programs that are running except the ones that are esental to the opperating system. one good thing you could do is turn off your screen saver when you go to defrag or you could have your system check for errors and fix them when your system boots up. i use end it all 2 when i want to defrag my system i defrag at least one time a week. the program is hard to find it used to be freeware but not anymore if you would like the program just pm me and i will send it to you in e-mail ok
