Crazy Issues...

I bought an Xbox when I was deployed in Iraq. All the video game consoles came modded. I want to play online, but when I click on MS Dashboard, it reboots? (doesn't shut-off, but exits the dashboard) Is it a crappy modded Xbox? What do I need to do? I don't want to ditch it, and purchase another one!

 

You should know that you can't go Live with modded xbox. Otherwise you will get banned.

In your case, you don't even have ms dash. It has been deleted.

 

so basically, its trash if you want to play online?

Otherwise you have to reinstall xbox to factory condition.

 

Is there an easy to follow guide on how to do this? Remember, I have no instructions, or any type of paperwork (even the box) that it came in!

 

It is not easy.
If you are not good with PC then leave your xbox alone
