create custom video DVDs

I have DVD disk "Beatles. Anthology"
I would like create custom video DVDs from my existing DVD. (Only songs without a conversation)
How can I do it??

You can use DVDStripper to cut all the parts you don't want but still preserving the menus intact. Here's a guide

It is look nice. BUT,
I need eg. take out 3 songs from Beatles' DVD,
2 songs from M.Jackson's DVD and burn it!
How can I do it?
