Have been playing with tsMuxer which I think is brilliant for converting single mkvs for use on PS3.
I tried to convert multiple files(14 added not appended)
and export to Blu-ray folders so I could then burn to DVD-5 as a UDF v2.5 disc using Nero.
Total file size is less than 2GB but now have about 5 coasters none of which will play on the PS3.
I thought that doing multiple files would allow tsMuxer to create chapters but none of what I've tried appears to work.
    Any suggestions please?

    Thanks

Didn't test the latest TSMuxeR or it's abilities to mux several files into one structure, but I don't think that's your problem.

Assuming the content video is H.264/AVC, I believe it's the way the video streams have been encoded within your MKVs, such as B-pyramids, an excessive amount of reference frames, or P4x4, etc. - all of which are not playable on blu-ray/PS3 which may be causing the problem. If that's the case, then you need to re-encode...

When you attempt playback of the discs, are they playing in some sort of blank screen or are they dead discs?

It seemed to work ok so long as after I added the first one I appended all the others to it.
Also they had to be in the same format.

    Thanks for your reply.
