I'm a big fan of strategic PC games, particularly the Civilization seris and Alpha Centari. I am very interested in creating my own. However I know next to about programming or were to begin. I've found some software call DarkBasic and DarkPro that do just this but I've been warned that one has to know alot already to create something with this software. I don't have the time or money to take classes on the subject but and do want to do this as a hobby. Is there software out there for absolute beginners? I would appreicate any suggestions on were to start, keeping in mind I have no programming expirence but am willing to learn. aaron
