open IfoEdit load up your VTS_**_0 file( main movie ), select tools, click on (create ReMPEG2 cffl). It should save it back to your VIDEO_TS folder, close IfoEdit, open up ReMPEG2, click open and select your saved cffl file. rempeg should start to do some sort of work after its finished you will have to go into options and select the shrink ratio for the **.m2v file , then go back to the main tab an press encode it should take about twelve hrs or so , hope this will help

If you are unsure of IfOEdit then just open notepad on your computer and type the following:

1.)At the top of the notepad in capital letters type: CFFL
2.)Under CFFL type the directory of your vob files:

Example of the above typed out in notepad:
    CFFL
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_2.VOB
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_3.VOB
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_4.VOB
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_5.VOB
    C:\TommyBoy\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_6.VOB

4.)Using the save as option of notepad:
    In the File Name: movie.cffl
    (or something similiar)
In the Save As Type: All Files
(if not selected then it would save it as
    movie.cffl.txt--that won't work)
In the Encoding: (I leave as defualt)
This will save a movie.cffl file you can
    bring up using ReMPEG2
    5.)Open ReMPEG2 locate the movie.cffl file

I think you got the rest, if not check out www.doom9.org there click on The Guides link, after that click on DVD and miniDVD Guides, after that click on ReMPEG2 guide. This has pics and step by step instructions on how to use--very helpful.

    Hope I helped out
