hi everyone, I am using DVD Decrypter trying to create an iso file. The dvd decrypts and states it is saving as an iso file though when i go to use dvd shrink and select the iso file it is not there. 3 files show up .I00, .I01 and .MSD If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated! Hi lou1982 Welcome to the Forum From the sounds of your post you are not running XP and your drives are formated FAT 32 not NTFS. Fat 32 drives have a file limitation of 4 GB. Yhay is why you have 3 files. You have three choices you can make 1. Have DVD Shrink rip and shrink the file 2. Rip with DVD Decrypter in file mode 3. Use a virtual drive such as Daemon Tools . ( http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/portal.php) The msd file is a reference file (like an ini or ifo file) and you would use it in the virtual drive or when burning with DVD Decrypter I hope this helps
use dvd decrypter in file mode to rip files to your hard drive instead of iso mode . you may want to give dvd shrink a try fist though just in case the dvd your ripping is to big to fit on a blank. dvd srink works with nero 6 iff you have it installed . dvd srink and nero 6 trial is available at this site to download also the guide to use them too .
