Creating VCD

    Is there a guide for creating VCD and SVCD's. What are the steps required to achieving this process. I have great success in creating DVD's from my home movies (using Digital video camera with Digital8 tape). Are the step similar with diff output files? Please help.

    Description for this forum actually says no VCD questions. You might want to try the MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 forum since VCD is MPEG-1.
