I just got one of the new 80gb Zune and after unsuccessfully trying a bevy of buggy, slow, freeware programs capable of converting my videos to WMV I finally decided to just fork over $40 for Cucusoft's Zune converter which seemed to be the most recognized software for the job.

I actually solved the problem with the audio by reinstalling the Cucusoft software and the Codec pack on cucusoft's support page, however the problem with the video skipping is still there.

    Any suggestions?
If not, know any good, free video conversion software that can convert to WMV quickly and easily?
