Hi - I'm using the recommended Cucusoft DVD to iPod video conversion software and have successfully converted a couple of DVDs to the correct format for playback on the video iPod. I'm now suddenly having problems converting DVDs - the cycle will run ok for the first few minutes, then rushes to the end. The final output is only the first 10 minutes of the DVD. I have tried changing the input and output settings, but have had no joy. This is now happening on each DVD I try to convert. Has anyone come across this problem before? Any help appreciated.
Do you have the purchased version of Cucusoft, or recently reinstalled it and didn't enter the validation code? That is the only reason I can think of.
@DJDavies, Uninstall it by this way. Open your "c:\program files" folder, you will find a folder named "cucusoft", remove it and restart your pc. Then, install the full version again after you remove cucusoft folder. You can goto support.cucusoft.com to retrieve the latest full version. You'd better backup your setup-file and registration code.
