Hey, I just bought the full version of this software and i got it all downloaded and stuff and went to install it and it comes up with the followin error.. The files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program. I have redownloaded it about 4 times and it does the same thing every time. can anybody help with this?
I too have a problem. When I convert dvd's to mp4's, after the completion of the ripping, it wont allow me to put it on my 80g ipod...someone help!
@xjcurtisx I am using another version, it works nice on my computer. Check your private message. @BJ-Lis, Can you play the converted mp4 files with Quicktime Player and iTunes with no any problem? You need to drag the mp4 files to iTunes first, then sync to your iPod.
