What the heck am I doing wrong? I bought the latest Cucusoft DVD to Ipod program and when I try to load the DVD and rip it, it sits at the menu set up screen for 3 hours showing zero movement even though its says its decoder and encoder is running. The fps (whatever that is) is only showing 8 and theres no progress after 3 hours. I don't have a slow puter or anything. Help please?
To all if you have any issue with the latest version of cucusoft, you can download the version 3.16.3.29, i have using this version for almost 1 yr, it can deal with all different DVD movies, music DVDs, TV shows without any problem.
