cue/bin do i use em both?

ok i now have the both the cue and bin file of a DVD movie but am comletely clueless how to burn them with nero. does anyone know a tutorial web site that explains it all step by step? Also do i need to use both the bin and cue to make a dvd movie? does one take care of audio and the other take care of video?
