.cue files no burn!

    i have tried to burn power suite pro. 2008 bootable dvd. i have followed the dirrections and when i burn it it doesnt burn as a program file. i click on the disc and the file is there and you cannot use it. I did it with nero and i am stuck... PLZ HELP!!
