Ok so I have been trying to figure this out all day. I want to FTP my music into my XBOX so as the MS dash can recognize it and I can use the tracks during game play with those games supported. I have converted all my music to the proper format and I found something called XBOX Soundtrack Editor. I transferred my music with the soundtrack editor and it put the music in the proper place that music goes when riped to the XBOX via MS Dash. I can play the music from my XBMC file manager but games do not recognize it. It is viewable in MS Dash's mediaplayer but I can not play it. Does anyone have any insight on this at all?
Yes in fact you have to rip the music in the original xbox dashboard. I am sorry to say i tried the same software and nothing worked unless i booted into the original dashboard.
