this may sound stupid but coudl anyone help me on how to customize my folder icon if the icon i want to use is downloaded from the internet and just an ordinary jpeg or bmp file. thanks
Right click the folder, go to properties. Click on the Customize tab, then the Change Icon button. Make sure you don't move the pic from it's original location after changing the icon.
