d box2 and chorus

can anyone tell me if the d box2 will work with chorus cable tv. I am new to this and have just ordered one. any advice would be great. alos what and where are the codes or whatever for local areas, i've seen people asking for them in other posts. thanks

 

You have to do a fast scan via netid, default frequency and symbol rate or a slow scan via a irish cables.xml.
Chorus mmds is not functional via a dbox2.

 

Am also with chorus anyone know if i change to ntl will the d box 2 work?

True cable from chorus is functional with a dbox2.
Chorus mmds is not functional. You can get chorus mmds via a aerial on the roof or a central mmds antenna in your town.
