.DAA files are pretty much just an advanced image file... A program called PowerISO is able to open and extract the contents out of them.. You can get it from here http://www.poweriso.com/download.htm

    Celtboy,

.daa file format is another compression method that is mainly used in the games world. There are many software programs that you can use to extract files or even run them.

The most popular download softwares used for this format is:

    1. PowerISO
    2. Magic ISO
and sometime even winrar even does the format.

Download the software package or all of them and use the "Help" option found on them. These will be able to go through the step by step instructions for you. I find that power iso is one of the most easiest to use but do find magic iso to be better in dealing with request.

When you download them, try to save them onto your desktop and then install them, if you get stuck pm me and I will help you as I am experienced with these formats.

I hope youare not confused, here are the links:

    1.PowerISO: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/poweriso.cfm

    2. http://www.magiciso.com/

    Good luck!

Near the Top of the program click on the "Open" button and select the .daa file. Once open in the program this will show you are the files that are in the .daa file. Highlight all the files that are in it, and right click them and click extract. Once extracted, go to the directory where you extracted them to and try and find a setup file or .exe file.. where you can install your program.. any problems just post again..

it doesnt really matter, just create a folder on the desktop or in My Documents named anything, and extract the contents into that.
