Hi there I have recently bought a new computer to which I would like to move all my old data on to from my old computer. Can you tell me, which program will help me do this task...I am not so sure those normal back up programs will do this properly, so thats why I am asking.
If you want your new computer to look and feel like the old computer you need a program like laplink pcmover, it will transfer all the setting/data from old computer to new computer.
or take out the old hd & connect it as a slave & cut & paste data to new hd. cannot do this to programs as is spread all over the place & in the registry.
