Dbox, Dreambox, The box, starview. Whats the difference between these receivers. Pros, cons & prices. Any recommendations?Do they require an active n't'l account? Any help appreciated.
Hi, they are all just different types of cables boxes, the Dbox is a good box but it is linux based so is a bit more complicated to set up. I don't know anything about the Dreambox. The Box is the new box from Starview. All boxes have their respective pro's and con's, I'm personally a fan of the Eurovox (Red Box) and haven't had a single problem with mine. I know of a few people who have experienced problems with their Starview's (this is not to say that no one has problems with Eurovox's -I'm sure they do have their own problems too). The decision is yours to make but for me, the Eurovox is a very good box for the price.
