dbox scart no picture

hi a baught a dbox from a german (lol dont mension the war)
anyway a put it in debugh mode flashed it and everything worked fine

but now the scart lead wont work it just switched off sometimes when a pull the cable out i can see the splach screen and it loading up and then a chanel for a min bujt after thant its not showing anything just cuts out

** now it wont even show the splach screen

the lcd boots up as normal and i have tested the scart lead on an other box

i also have tried re flashing.
Any help would be realy gd

Its not a good idea to play with the scart plug if the box is powered.
You maybe killed the electronic behind.
Unplug the box and plug the scart in the other scart socket.
