Dbox2 Updating Commando

Hi everybody,
I need help, can anybody let me know how to update my Dbox from Commando 4 to the latest version (where I can get it and how to use it) thanks for any help

 

back up your keys folder from your cammando 4 image then flash with 7.5 its is on digital source i tink
