I am trying to set up a new box, have done the scan but now only see channel titles - no pictures and no sound. Can anyone help

 

do you get the FTA ones like BBC1 but not Sky Sports, if so go to Sky Sports 1 leave it on the channel for 1 minute - channels should clear up

also what image/box type do you have as some images work better on some box's

 

how do I get onto sky sports 1 ?

 

using remote control navigate to sky sports 1 - leave it on the channel for a minute for the ecm info to be auto rolled
