hey i just did a softmod and then i went to restore it to the MS dash and it just says xbox live is updating your system and it then says that there is a problem so it wont let me do anything not even play games some one please help me
if you backed up all your files on your computer you can make a certain kind of disc using a program on xbins that will let you reformat your hdd back to its orginal settings, but if you didn't i'd say your xbox is gone unless you get a mod chip..
you.ve been spotted by microsoft thats what the update was about,if you make sure theres a game in ur xbox before you turn it on it should start unless you managed to delete absolutely evrything somehow.
The same thing happened to me but i have no live! connection so thats not what its from. I fixed it by having a friend use his box to update the dash then mod his box to give me the dash and that solved the problem.
