Sku 15613, which has always been good in the past, is now fake. I confirmed this on 2 separate orders from them. I contacted them about it, they refuse to do anything about it, saying "please keep it and try to find a use to it." I can't get over this... their website says "100% QC on the PCB" to ensure they're genuine... well they obviously aren't doing it and now they're refusing to exchange/replace these fakes. Stay away from dealextreme! I won't be shopping there anymore that's for sure!
it hasn't been like that for months. i ordered 3 from them 2 weeks before this order and all 3 were genuine and worked great. this is the 1st one i've rec'd from them that was fake. i still can't believe how rude they were. and they won't replace or refund either so i'm going to make a claim through paypal. screw them!
i was selling them in work and got hit with loads of faulty ones that worked after i used fake killer disabled program, so they are well known for it.
I think dealscoming.com is dealextreme's strong competitor. very good product at cheap price with excellent customer service as well as the fast shipping. I used it several times, nothing wrong ^^
