Hi everyone, I wants to order Acekard2i and some accessories from Dealextreme for a birthday gift. Does anyone knows that they are reliable? I heard their shipping is slow as hell but that's ok since I would be getting the DSi on April. Thanks.

I LOVE DX but I never order from them unless I don't care when I get it.

 

DX is reliable. I've ordered from them many many times.

 

Reliable, yes.

Timely, not always.

Stuff that's in stock I get within 14 calendar days of shipment. I currently have items that are over 35 days from ordering and not shipped yet.

DX is truly a "caveat emptor" site.

 

Thanks guys, I just make an order from them, it say its on stock hopefully its shipped before the birthday comes up or I'll have to include the IOU notes. LOL.

Dailun, 35 days and still waiting and they don't offer you discount, thats sXcks man.

 

People complain about it all of the time but their prices buy them a little patience.

I have been very happy with everything I have purchased so far.

 

yes they are reliable. Just the shipping is very slow took them about a month one time to package and finally ship me a in stock item. Then another month for the shipping. Any order should not take over 2 months worst case scenario. The fastest I ever got anything was in about 1 month.

Plan ahead, way ahead LOL.

 

when its working, can take 10 days or less. i had a few of those.
but when its not, thats a pain in the a**
missing parcel is worst... one time it took dx 4 months to re-send me another one, its an up-hill battle to proof parcel is 'lost'.
