Defraging an Ipod

    has anyone here try defragmenting their ipod. My friend suggested it to me so i did it because he said it makes actions more quicker and smoother.

    Has anyone done this?

    i dont see how it would make it that much "quiker and smoother" to really worry about it to much. If apple thought that defraging your ipod was worth it, they probaly would have put that option along with the "restore" and "update" buttons.

    I do it every time I ad more than I GB of Music, my iPod is alot faster than my freinds!
