i have nero 8 ultra, and have found when i used nero vision to burn a backup for my dvd it stored a backup on my hard drive in documents.
under the heading of nero vision ,it will not allow me to delete this backup ,as an admin. on my pc it should do so , checked everything and it tells me the owner of the admin rights is unknown .
would like to know if any one has run into this and what i can do about it as it`s taking up 6.5 g of my hard drive
    would appreciate any help thanks.

    thankyou killalot ,
Tried that and it could not change the owner ship so i tried it under the pc name which i control as well, and it told me it could not change the ownership , the backup file is removed from the video ts file in the c file and all other areas except nero vision in documents . i have exhausted all avenues short of removing and reinstalling nero .which i will try here shortly. (question?) do you know why this happened in the first place ,I would like to know what i did wrong or what i configured wrong .
thanks again Icechip ,appreciate the help.

    thanks again killalot ,
tried that one too,LOL, i have to have a sense of humour about all this as I`m stating into pc`s late in life ,but i`ve got every program i`ve bought or downloaded to work on here. but iremoved nero 8 and it gave me access to the file then, deleted it and then started again . so I`m going to pry under every rock and read everything i can on nero eight and make it work . i`ve got the thread here so i`ll keep you updated and if i find i can make it work ,I`ll share the knowledge , thanks again for your time .
