Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew how to delete the patches for Halo 2 off the xbox. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you kept the original maps, overwrite the modded maps with the originals.

Oh sorry, lol. I didn't make that very clear. I didn't mean how to delete the patches for modded maps I meant deleting bungie's updates for the game overall.

Well there's a program that allows you to choose which halo 2 update, roll back. You can get it at xbins.

or if you used the halo 2 map pack you can go to e:\tdata\4d530064\
and delete the $U folder.. thats the update and it will put you back at halo 2 v1.0 but you can't play containment or any of the new maps with out the update.. wait i take that back, if you get the ultimate main menu (found on www.halomods.com you can use anymap you want and then some juss gotta name them differant... like mcontainment.map will be a differant version of containment.. meaning you can play modded and non modded maps offa the hdd without having to reboot and put the disc in the xbox haha)
