Can emails be recovered or discovered once they are deleted from the "Deleted Items" folder? If so, how do I make sure they are actually removed from my system?
when you delete something from your hdd it is merly marked to be over written and untill that actual sector is written to on your hdd the data remains and can be recovered there are some software that allows you to over write a particular file multiple times but in the case of oe I dont think it is viable you would have to over write the whole message folder and set oe up again but if your determined google for secure wipe
